Appearance
Every article on creatorPedia (cP) has a Thought page (also called a talk page on other wikis). This is where editors discuss improvements to the article.
What Thought Pages Are For
- Requesting better sources
- Discussing article structure or tone
- Suggesting changes before making them
- Flagging potential errors
- Asking other editors for help
What Thought Pages Are Not For
- Debating whether the creator is good or bad
- Fan commentary or promotional messages
- Personal conversations unrelated to the article
- Complaining about the creator
How to Use a Thought Page
- Click the Thought tab at the top of any article
- Click Add topic to start a new discussion
- Type your message
- Sign with
~~~~to add your username and timestamp - Click Publish
Replying
To reply to someone:
- Click Edit next to their message
- Add your reply below theirs
- Indent your reply with a colon (
:) at the start - Sign with

Example:
I think this article needs more sources. -- ~~~~ : I agree. I'll add some later today. -- ~~~~ :: Thanks! I added two citations. -- ~~~~
Guidelines
- Stay on topic. Discuss the article, not the person.
- Be respectful. Even when you disagree strongly.
- Don't delete others' comments. Even if you disagree.
- Archive old discussions. Don't let the Thought page get too long.
User Thought Pages
Every user has a personal Thought page. Other editors may leave messages for you there. You will receive a notification when someone messages you.
