Help:Searching
The search bar at the top of every creatorPedia (cP) page helps you find creators, articles, and information quickly.
Basic Search
- Type the creator's name, moniker, or username in the search box
- Press Enter or click the magnifying glass
- Results will show matching articles, with the best match at the top
Tip: Search for a creator's most widely known name. For example, search "Prof GehGeh" rather than "Emmanuel Obruste."
Advanced Search
Click Advanced on the search results page to:
- Search specific namespaces: Limit results to articles, templates, help pages, or other types
- Search by category: Find creators by nationality, platform, or genre
- Use exact phrases: Put quotes around a phrase to find exact matches

No Results?
- Check your spelling
- Try the creator's real name instead of moniker
- Try the creator's username without "@"
- Use fewer words in your query
If a creator article doesn't exist yet, you can create it—provided they meet cP's notability guidelines.
Still Can't Find It?
- Browse creators by category
- Ask on the Community portal
- Search external sources and cite them when you create the article
